Izzy’s Munition Case is a purpose-built ammunition and magazine storage system designed by someone who actually uses the gear.

• Let’s be clear up front. I did not invent ammunition cases or 3D printed inserts. That community already existed. What I did was contribute to it, build my own, and materially improve what was already out there. Many of the existing designs were fine on a bench and failed in real world use. I redesigned, reinforced, and reworked them based on actual use.

This is not a gimmick. It is not decorative. It is built for people who train, compete, or carry.

• Izzy’s Munition Case is a modular, 3D printed storage solution that organizes loose ammunition, loaded magazines, and small firearm components inside rugged hard cases. Every insert is designed to lock in place, prevent rattle, and survive transport in trucks, range bags, or duty vehicles.

The system solves real problems:

• Ammo boxes breaking open
• Loose rounds rolling everywhere
• Magazines banging together
• No fast way to inventory or reload at the range
• Dust getting into ammunition and magazines, which leads to feeding, extraction, and reliability issues
• Humidity exposure that contributes to corrosion, degraded primers, and shortened service life
• Each insert is caliber specific and magazine specific. No foam. No guesswork. Rounds sit clean. Magazines index properly. Lids close without pressure points.
• Many sellers use cheap PLA or low grade plastics because they print fast and cost less. These materials are fine for kids toys, desk organizers, or novelty items. They are not fine for anything that could be life or death. PLA and similar plastics flex, warp, and fail under heat. Leave them in a vehicle in Arizona and they  will deform. That is not a possibility. It is a guarantee.
• Izzy’s Munition Case uses quality ASA and ABS materials. These are chosen specifically for heat resistance, structural stability, and long term durability in real environments. Arizona heat is unforgiving. If a product cannot survive a closed vehicle in summer, it is not a serious solution.

Case compatibility matters too.

These inserts are designed to work in multiple proven platforms, including:

• Red tool cases (Milwaukee style)
• Pelican style hard cases
• Yellow and Black brand cases (DeWalt style)
• I am always looking to expand into additional case platforms if there is a real market demand. The goal is compatibility, not locking users into a single ecosystem.

Key characteristics:

• Caliber specific designs covering common and requested rounds including .22 LR, 9mm, .45 ACP, 5.56, .300 BLK, .308, 6.5 Creedmoor, 12 gauge, 16 gauge, and others I did not grow up shooting but have built because customers asked
• Support for pistol and rifle magazines including Glock, PMAG, and duty rifle mags
• Compatible with Red tool cases (Milwaukee style), Pelican style cases, and Yellow and Black brand cases (DeWalt style)
• Printed in ASA and ABS for heat and impact resistance
• Modular layouts allowing ammo, mags, and tools in one case

This is gear built by someone with a public safety background who got tired of fragile solutions being marketed as duty ready.

Izzy was a working breed German Shepherd. Dependable. Steady. Always there, even when you did not know you needed her. She did not ask questions. You just told her what time to be there and she showed up.

If you want something cheap and fast printed, look elsewhere. My pricing is in line with what you would pay at an Etsy shop or from the person selling your kid a 3D printed dragon at a fair. The difference is I do not skimp on material, infill, wall thickness, or print quality.
